“21 days.....still waiting for refund.....”

I cancelled order for a dress very soon after ordering it, after reading some terrible reviews
about jenjenhouse.
I still haven't received a refund.
I hope no one has the same experience with this 'company' as i have.
The email address is a 'gmail' account.....
Emails are often not answered.
No one answered when I tried to use the online chat facility.
My advice to anyone thinking of buying from jenjenhouse, based on
my experience, is , DO NOT BUY FROM JENJENHOUSE.
Be suspicious of the mix of 'lovely' reviews and 'terrible' reviews

Thanks for your feedback, which is critically important for us to improve our products quality and service.

Our cutomer service representatives always spare no effort to response to our customers' emails in 24 hours. So we are suprised to hear that no one has replied to your email yet. And once an order is cancelled, we will issue the refund in 24 hours and the refund is supposed to be back to your account within 5-8 working days. Would you please tell us your order number and we'll have a further check it for you?

If If you are unable to reply here, please submit a ticket on our website and indicate that you are invited to contact us via ReviewCentre. Then our manager will take over your case to ensure that you will get your refund smoothly.

You have the order number, i have written many times, never have i received an acceptable reply.
You say 5-8 days for a refund to be back in the account.
Why do you keeping asking for reason for request for refund when i've told you it's because of terrible reviews i've read.
Why haven't i received notification within 24 hours that order cancelled.
Why is it that 24 have passed since request for refund.
Why has it taken me contacting Paypal to inform them of the unacceptable situation and them, fortunately escalating the dispute to a Claim and acting on my behalf to secure a refund for me.
I am outraged at this appalling company.
Based on my experience I would never ever buy from jenjenhouse and it has affected my confidence and i will probably not buy online again, so other companies lose custome because of terrible experience with jenjenhouse.
My advice to those thinking of buying from jenjenhouse......DON'T
