I cancelled order for a dress very soon after ordering it, after reading some terrible reviews
I still haven't received a refund.
I hope no one has the same experience with this 'company' as i have.
The email address is a 'gmail' account.....
Emails are often not answered.
No one answered when I tried to use the online chat facility.
My advice to anyone thinking of buying from jenjenhouse, based on
my experience, is , DO NOT BUY FROM JENJENHOUSE.
Be suspicious of the mix of 'lovely' reviews and 'terrible' reviews
