Hi everyone, I would be grateful if someone could help me out I bought a dress of jenjen.com and recieved it monday,my debs are on tuesday and the dress is a diasater does not fit not right colour and wondering how I can return it, ive tried getting in contact and still no reply. Im getting worried because it says 7 days to return and running out of time! Has anyone had the same problem as me and if could help me, Thans:)

I've just got my dress!! It is rubbish and looks like a sack! If you go into ur order on the left click 'my tickets' then they reply on the bottom of the screen so no idea why they need ur email. They will not give me refund at all and also this morning I received a bill from FEDEX for the full shipping charge of £20.79 that I have already paid. This is absolutely pants. Has anyone else had this issue and managed to get refund?? Please help !!
