Do not purchase from these people. Price looks good but when the item was delivered I was expected to pay extra money in duty. I know it is customs which make this charge this but this makes the dress far more expensive. Also when I tried to contact the company the email address was dummy and I was not ale to send it.

UPS have just tried to deliver a package to me but advised there is a £254 customs charge!!!!!! Obviously I haven't paid, I can't afford that, it is ludicrous. Thank god it isn't for anything important, just a bridesmaid dress for my wedding in a few weeks aaaarrrrrggggghhhhhhhh!!! Now trying to get my money back

I was in contact with JenJen House and they were responding very quickly to my emails but, as it turns out, UPS made a mistake and the charge was not £254, it was in fact £18.59. Still more than I would have like to have paid but I did and the dress is actually not bad, it is definitely larger than the UK size ordered so it will need alterations but it appears to be quite well made...although I will leave the dressmaker doing the alterations to be the best judge of that.
