I ordered a dress from the star fashion that Teri Hatcher Was Wearing which was beautiful, but when i got it it looked nothing like the picture on the website! Very Disapointing it had threads hanging out runs and looked as if it had been stapled. I have been trying for 6 days to get some help to return and get a refund and have just got the run around so now im out money and have a ugly dress that looks like it should have been left back in the 80's. I also noticed that when i went to conact them the website would not allow me to send a message for some reason like it wasnt set up right so i had to send a message through their questions after 3 attempts and one email telling me that said "Customer Support Will Not Be Able To Receive or Respond To Your Email",i finally got a message saying they would reply in 24 hrs. which they did and they asked for pictures and so i sent some away and no response. Tomorrow will be my 7th day which is the amount of time they give to return. further more i also noticed in this process that there is no phone # on the website which right there must tell you something, I am a Buisness owner and i know customer satisfaction is a MUST and with no phone # is complete bull. Anyway I suggest Not Ruining Your BIG DAY On this BIG SCAM STORE!!
