I have read a lot about this company and am still unsure if they are a legitimate company. Can anyone reassure me as I did not see that they are maybe a scam company before I placed my order, now I'm worried that I've been scammed out of money. A reply from anyone who has had dealings with this company would be very much appreciated.

i ordered my prom dress from jenjenhouse.com and it was perfect...i was worried but just keep in touch with them my messages and they reply quickly...my order came on time! CANT WAIT TO WEAR IT!

I am pretty sure the site isn't legitimate although all the reviews are positive. There is a site called jjhouse rather than JenJenhouse and the format of the website is the exact same , the dress, assessories everything!

yes i saw that website....www.jjhouse.co.uk and i was really unsure, but i had already bought my dress and it cam from www.jenjenhouse.co.uk and is prefect.

received my dress had black mark on the back,fitted fine jenjen house offered me 30% back to have the dress altered even after constant e.mails explaining that it fit fine and did not need to be altered,I just do not wish to have a new dress dry cleaned before I can wear it,dress unfit for purpose and e mails from jenjen house have stopt,very poor customer service and will never use them again.

Recently bought a dress from them. Service to start was great and the dress arrive in two weeks. So happy to get but....the sleeves were too big for my shoulders and just hang out, the dress fit okay everywhere else, the colours were not what I was informed and what I expected (supposed to be more of a burgundy red but it was fire engine red and the fabric was cheap looking). Have since tried to contact them. The first reply I received was after three contacts from me. Was told then to take photos and email them which I did and that was four days ago and have still not heard peep from them. It is very frustrating as I needed to get this sorted out ASAP. The seems not to take responsiblity at all or to honour their policy in their sales contract. So I would not reccomend anyone to even go near this website.
