They sent a squashed hat which was packed in a box that was too small, after stupid offers of 40% refund etc, they eventually offered to send a second hat, yes you guessed it, despite me telling them that the box they'd used was too small, they did it again and sent the second one in a small box, yes you guessed it, it's out of shape again. I've already discussed this with jjshouse and they sent a replacement hat, the quality of the hat is fine but the packaging is not good and the hats are getting damaged in transit.

All the bad reviews about this company is so true! This company falsely advertised about having the right US size. The dress I ordered was so off I could not even close the zipper at all!!! Be careful when you order, you will need to pay customs fees since these dresses are coming from China. For wedding dresses, they use cheap lace and cheap metallic sequins. The dress look similar to the picture but the quality is poor. The only reason you can return is if the sizing is wrong. Wen the dresses came neither of them fitted and between both dresses there was a 2 inch difference. Im having exactly the same problem with £69 previously unmentioned VAT payment. I've sent four emails and no contact from them. This is a terrible service. If they pay the VAT I'd accept the dress, of course I would, I really want it for my wedding day but not under these unfair conditions. £69 is a huge amount of money to me when it is unexpected and unbugeted for.

I purchases a dresss and while the dress was excellent in quality the dress was very binding in that the material had no give. The dress fit as long as I didn't go upstais, set or dance. I tried to explain the delima to the customer service person but all I am getting is to return the dress via my absorbing postal charges and all I will be credited is what is left after the restocking fee is deducted.
