Jjs House is HORRIBLE. I am stuck with a $150 dress that I can do absolutely nothing with. I was offered a $22.50 refund or $37.50 towards another purchase. I buy on line all the time and have never experienced anything so ridiculous as this. I am a size 6 and often times a 4. I ordered a 6 and when I put it on it would not even zip up it was so small. They make it virtually impossible to contact them. After numerous attempts over email, I finally got a response asking me to send them pictures. I told them I would not be sending them pictures of my bare back. This is literally the worst experience I've ever had and I would highly caution anyone to do business with this place.
