Buyer beware! I am very displeased with JJ house’s service.
Although JJhouse claims they made me a custom dress, the side seams of a larger size dress have clearly been taken in, leaving a 2 inch fold of fabric on each side seam which ruined the line of the dress. Obviously the dress was not custom made, as they claimed in their advertisement and their emails to me- a service for which I paid $20 extra in hopes of getting a good fit. In addition, the waist measurement I gave them was 31.5 in. and the dress measures 33 in. at the waist. Because of the time taken negotiating proof (sending pictures etc.) of the problems with the dress and the fast approaching wedding, I had to have the dress altered.
JJshouse has not admitted to being at fault and will not cover my costs or even accept a return.
