“STAIN AND SNAG ON ARRIVAL”

I received the dress from JJ'House with a black stain and a snag on the lace material on the right shoulder. The wedding is in a week. I emailed them to get a return authorization and this is what they replied:

As you know that the tailoring of a well-designed dress consists of many processes. These are all potential satin for the dress. However, we should have found out and taken care of the problem before it can shipped out. We do apologize for that hope you can kindly wipe out the spot by yourself. Judging from the picture we can see that it is just a water spot. Please use a wet towel to moisten the area until it is all wet. It won't be long before you find that the spot has faded away. Then you can use a steam iron to take further care of that part.

If you worry about that, we hope you can go to do the dry cleaning. And as for this, after checking with our supervisors, we are willing offer you 15% dress value as the refund to cover some of the cleaning fee. Is it OK for you?
