In brief:
1) Ordered a dress from Glamorous Gowns
2) Contacted them when it was due to be delivered, but I found out - through a recorded answer message - that the store was closed for another couple of weeks
3) Called the store again when it reopened, and found out the dress hadn’t arrived yet
4) It was only then that my order was followed up, and it was found out that there was a problem with my order I wouldn’t receive the dress prior to the wedding
5) I was notified of this via e-mail, too close to the wedding date (<1 month)
6) Was not offered any suitable alternative, other than an apology and refund, meaning that I needed to find another dress in less than 1 month.

Awful experience. Glamorous gowns in my opinion are unreliable and possibly negligent. Would definitely not recommend this retailer if you’re after a stress-free wedding.
