Aristocrats of Chester

We were very excited about our appointment for my best friend to try on bride's dresses as Aristocrats of chester looked beautiful and the gowns looked very nice. We told them we had an appointment and were left standing there while 4 members of staff ignored us and sat in the office on a laptop. We were made to feel unwelcome and a nuisance. They implied the bride was too fat to find a dress at a 12/14. They also panicked her into believing she would not get a dress with 5 months to go before the wedding. The "assistant" left us regularly and we felt lost amongst all the dresses and any we did find we were told was too small or would not be done in time. Assistant did not sound like she knew what she was talking about with regards to fabrics and where fabrics were sourced from. She just sounded like she was making things up to back up what she was saying. We felt as if they had no time for us because we did not look rich. They should not be so stereotypical as the dress we did buy in another shop was more than anything we saw in their rails! Awful service and staff!
