We booked a one way journey as it was pretty expensive. They insisted on a deposit, which was fine, but then my parents wanted to treat us to the return journey and they insisted on a second deposit and charged 80 pounds for amending the booking!

On the day they did not pass on to the driver that he needed to take into account the rugby match on that day and, although he should have checked for himself, he called us half an hour before he was due to arrive to say that he would be with us shortly - 1 hour later he was still 2 miles away so we had to pack us all into my tiny car. Luckily the registrar agreed to go ahead with the wedding even though we were half an hour late, but my groom was a bag of nerves.
