“Not the limo we ordered”

What a disgrace ,we ordered a white chrysler for our wedding months in advance nearly a year to be precise .We where offered a tacky pink lincoln as a replacement which we refused and we are still waiting for our refund nearly two months later and nearly ten phones calls to be told it will be done next week .Never again would i book a broker
