We hired a white rolls royce for our wedding on 30th September 2011. The vehicle broke down resulting in a late arrival which we appreciate can happen and a replacement vehicle was provided, however the fact is we did not get the one we ordered for our special day. The issue more than anything is the non existant aftercare customer service. The way it was dealt with is appalling.
