Everything in dealing with this company is fantastic, from receiving quotes to asking questions (we have a 14 month old grandchild and wondered about child seats), all answered quickly and politely. The car arrived just before its allotted time, and was spotlessly clean, the driver was polite and helped out with taking some group photos, the drive smooth and everyone agreed it was a great experience. I would throughly recommend this company.

Oh no it's prom season!! After a lot of online trawling for just the right car for 6 very VERY fussy 16 year old girls, I found Finishing Touch. Unlike some companies, they actually got back to me and understand my fussy clients - yes,there's a USB port for their iPhone, yes they can have a posey drive round before arriving at the venue and yes mum of course the bubbly isn't the real stuff. They were so impressed and apparently looking like a transformer is a good look for a car, they felt like celebrities!! The driver was the absolute best. Calm,smiling,and so accommodating. A couple of girls were terribly late and he just said don't worry you're not the first and won't be the last... so calm,a real asset to the company. The price, split 6 ways was reasonable against their ridiculously priced competitors. Thank goodness, I won't be doing it again but if YOU have to,don't waste time,just contact these guys.

A very efficient service. We booked to treat ourselves to arrive at Andre Reiu concert in Bham in style. From booking to the actual day, nothing was too much trouble. We felt like Royalty. Limo was pure luxury. Our chauffeurs (we had one to take us and a different one for the return journey) were most accomodating and very professional. A big THANK YOU. We will be using you again.

Our chauffeur Jag was fantastic in his role, he was energetic, welcoming and engaging. There wasn’t a moment where we felt we weren’t looked after to the highest standards. He ensured we were settled and comfortable and was always up to entertaining us and having a chat. He is certainly a credit to the company. All round 10/10 for service, punctuality and professionalism. These guys know what they are doing and you certainly will have an enjoyable and elite experience.

I used Finishing Touch Cars for my (sikh) wedding day and used a Bentley Flying Spur and a Bentley Limo for the day. The drivers were great, on time and the overall service could not have been better! Trust these guys, great reasonable prices and they have been running for 25 years!! Absolutely amazing and you will not be disappointed. Complimentary champagne due to it being my wedding - my friends loved the limo experience, me and my wife loved our Bentley chaffeur driven for the day when we needed. Hired Finishing touch cars for my son's wedding .Arrived on time bridesmaids and son and daughter in law loved choice of car (Lincoln ). Looked after well by driver and enjoyed the luxurious surroundings and also the bubbly. Would certainly recommend company in future.

threatening behavior from staff, late arrival. Did not inform us of over charge if we went over time, ruined our night. would give them 0* if i could. They should most definitely consider taking customer service courses. cheap limos without the class. i will not be using these again, their attitude stinks, ruin your partying mood. limo driver takes the longest route to destination, wasting time. specifically asked for refreshments in limo, given nothing!

I found booking amazingly easy, everyone very happy to help. I was shown a few of the limo's as I chose to visit prior to booking. Limo on the day absolutely fab! Driver really nice and very helpful. Nothing was too much for them. I will definitely be using again and would recommend to anyone wanting a special occasion perfect. Value for money, great! Thank you.

I had a Phantom off these guys last week for my wedding day, and it was absolutely fantastic, the driver was very welcoming on arrival, and also went out if his way when arriving at the wedding venue. The car was immaculate too and it even had a ribbon and bow which matched the bridesmaids colour scheme aswell. Overall me and my wife were extremely happy with the service, and will be using this company again sometime in the future.

I used finishing touches limousines on personal recommendation. I wasn't disappointed!! our driver was Very conscientious and courteous making every effort to make our evening go without a hitch. Several pick ups to make from wolverhampton to Birmingham. The driver was early at first pick up as he didn't want to be late... Our event began on a Friday 5pm travelling during a very busy time. Driver got us to our restaurant spot on time, dropping us off right outside the door. Driver returned 3 hours later to collect us sending a text message to let us know he was outside when we were ready. I could not fault the service good communication and everything the booking promised. Can't wait to use them again. Highly recommended

Hired this company for a wedding,not impressed at all the drivers came in and sat down along with the guests... Complained to management and they threatened to take the cars away.. Be very cautious with them

We hired a hummer and range rover for my daughter and her 29 class friend for their year 6 leavers. The service was brilliant, the drivers were on time and very perfessional! The kids had a fab time and made their day! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you finishing touch cars :-)

Had a baby Bentley for my daughters prom the driver was on time and was very patient as he had to wait for 2 girls that were running late. The girls had a great experience in the car and I would defo use company again if u ever need a nice car.
