I ordered some thistle themed wedding favours I was told this would be delivered nearest to the time of the wedding due to the perishable contents. Four days before I was due to leave for the wedding they had not arrived and when I chased as I was told they had been sent five days previously, sent a copy of the post office receipt and basically told to chase it myself! This caused me a great deal of stress - simply posting item does not guarantee that it will be delivered and I had clearly not received the item. Neither had I received a notification that the items had been dispatched so that I could watch out for it. As I would’ve expected the company to know, it is the legal obligation of the seller to ensure safe and timely delivery to the buyer, not the other way round. When I raised this and also when I tried to email and phone the company the next day, they ignored all of my contact. At this stage, I had no alternative but to order component parts to make my own wedding favours, which cost me far in excess of the amount that I had already spent. Again, when I explained this to the company, there was no reaction. After all of this, when I returned home that evening and the ordered items had finally arrived. Despite the fact that the company would have received notification of this once again, they have yet to make contact with me. Aside from all the stress, I am now left out of pocket given that not all of component parts I have ordered to make my own flavours can be returned for example, the perishable sweet items. Awful service from beginning to end. Regardless of the quality of the finished items, the whole experience has tarnished by a complete lack of customer contact and care.

Rainbow Sugarcraft made our wedding cake for our wedding in October 2014. It was in the Happily Ever After style. It was absolutely stunning and all our guests commented on how fabulous it was! It tasted amazing too, we had 6 flavours, irn bru, lemon vodka, chocolate baileys, carrot cake, toffee and vanilla. Mandi and her team were a delight to deal with and would always promptly responded with any questions we had. I would highly recommended them!

We asked for a unique design and Rainbow delivered the most amazing cake any of our guests had ever seen. It also tasted out of this world. we couldn't recommend them enough. The cake was one of the highlights of our Wedding day. Our thanks to all the team at Rainbow. They are really helpful, friendly and we got fantastic value for money.

We ordered a Wedding Cake from Rainbow Sugarcraft after spending weeks visiting Wedding Fayres and seeing other cake decorators. I found this company by chance on the web and they are just amazing. They were really helpful and they made my cake look even more wonderful than I hoped. They delivered and set the cake up exactly as I'd requested and everyone said it was stunning. We've even saved the top tier for another special ocassion. Thanks a million!

We contacted Rainbow Sugarcraft to arrange our cake and I was a bit concerned as it all had to be done via long distance emails as I didn't get the chance to visit them before the Wedding. I needn't have worried! When we saw the cake we were both just blown away by the attention to detail, they had done everything I has asked and more! I just couldn't take my eyes off the cake all through the Wedding Breakfast! It was such a shame to cut the cake but when we did it tasted just divine.
