Dear Rachel, We just wanted to say a massive thank you for the wedding cake you made us. It was absolutely perfect!! Our photographer has been in the wedding business for 6 years and said she has never seen such an amazing cake, she was totally blown away by it! Thank you so so much for the amazing cake. It was literally my dream!! I was so delighted when we first spoke to find someone that thought my idea for a neon rainbow coloured 6 tier cake was not totally nuts!! Not only did you make a cake that looked beyond incredible, but you made the most delicious wedding cake - all our guests commented on how tasty it was (every slice got eaten) and everyone had to have their photo taken with it! Rachel made our wedding cake this July. We chose a victoria sponge style wedding cake and had difficulty trying to find someone who could make it the way we had imagined it. When we come across Rachel we knew we were on to a winner! We went for a cake tasting where Rachel went through the design of the cake and how it would be made. Rachel is a dream! Have you seen her cakes! Totally gorgeous! She provides a totally efficient and professional service - nothing is too much trouble and having left it to the last minute to place an order Rachel went out of her way to help with design ideas and filling. I met Rachel at the National Wedding Show in London and fell in love with one of the cakes she had on display. I booked a consultation with Rachel straight away as I knew this was the cake for us. Her service from the first consultation right up until the delivery of the cake was exceptional. Everything from the beginning was easy, meeting Rachel, choosing the cake and flavours. Even when I wanted to make some changes a couple of months before the wedding there wasn't a problem.
