My father used this good for nothing company! They are a rip off they take money out off your account without you knowing!! They ring for more money because they got hacked so you end up paying for their mistake as they dont have security. There is absolutely nothing to like about this company. We dealt with them once and it was ok ish. We got what was ordered but with additional things that we had not ordered and they tried to charge for. After many arguments with the "management" I secured a credit. It felt like a victory at the time. We have not dealt with them since, nor would we. We wish we had seen this review page before we had dealings with I catchers as they constantly want more money from us first of all for the business cards we ordered saying they had installed a new hitec machine and wanted more money for cards with better graphics.Then we paid extra for a traffic driver on the website which doesn't appear to work. I only used i catchers when they rang me on the 11th January and quoted £120 as a total price, including vat and £5 cost for postage and delivery charges, for 1,000 business cards,so I went ahead with the order. shortly afterwards having REALISED THAT I HAD BEEN CHARGED £210, AN OVERCHARGE EXCESS OF £90 to what I had been quoted, I emailed i catchers twice,for an explanation for this, but they did not reply to my emails,they are clearly worried about being quoted once they have replied... this company i catchers over charged us too, they cannot be trusted they just take what they want from your card without asking. you should dispute the transaction amount with card company and go to trading standards.

Customers who wish to pay by card should be aware that payment plans will be processed on proof or approval. For example balance due on approval means on approval the customer will be charged the balance of the order. We complete thousands of orders each year and unfortunately a few customers have not read our terms during the order process.

We are sorry to here of your bad experience. Customers do sign a contract on order which does include any additional charges in the terms and conditions. The net prices given on the day are subject to VAT and carriage. This is the norm. We complete thousands of orders each year and unfortunately a few customers have not read our terms during the order process. VAT still needs to be pay regardless of individual businesses status's as we pay VAT as well on our purchases.

roller banner was suppose to be £189 plus vat so £226.80 i have been charged £274.80 thats £48 pounds in hidden charges £30 of that is courier which was never explained to ME! they also charged me lots for DEBT/CREDIT card transactions which is in their term and cons on the bk of their order form but they sting you with delivery charges which ISN'T stated on terms and cons honestly avoid this company they come with a nasty sting and unwanted SURPRISES! just what a struggling business... Hence net price. Carriage charges are passed on to our customers, the specific cost of carriage is dependent on the product/s order and quantities. DEBT/CREDIT card transactions are charged, we are charged by our customers banks for the luxury of using their card. We complete thousands of orders each year and unfortunately a few customers have not read our terms during the order process. I only used iCatchers after an approach from them. They were fine initially when trying to get my business for website and stationary etc. The process of receiving the products was slow and painful but having paid some monies up front I didnt want to lose that. Several years on the continue to bully and harrass me on the telephone with regard to maintaining the website. possibly the worst bunch of people I have ever tried to work with. They always say they are busy when you contact them. send your printing completely wrong. lie about re-sending it and avoid your calls. VERY RUDE on the phone! avoid them at all costs - I strongly believe they should be closed down as they can't do there job properly!! (read more)

I have had business cards from this company in the past and ordered some place mat's. the mat's we received where not as we were shown on ordering and where sent back to be changed, this was now 9 month's ago and still i have not got my deposit back, and now i have a ccj against the company and a warrant for the money. the hassle and time wasted are disgusting and business like icatchers should be well and truly avoided. Quality - very bad, falls short of to the order. The terms of ordering and delivery fulfillment fall short of to the agreement. Our company used iCatchers some 12 months ago for printing services, which we paid in full for on a credit card. We have now had a further two transactions on the credit card. I believe that the DPA directs that a company cannot hold data for longer than necessary. I believe that 12 months following a card transaction to be far in excess of the 'necessary' period. They supplied us with business cards, which were sub-standard but as we already paid for them we used them. After this we ordered differant merchandising for our business. They required a sum of money up front for samples, proofing etc. We paid as any discerning company would. The product did not show up. COMPLETE CON ARTISTS, consistantly trying to get more money from you. never deliver time on time. product quality was well below average. charged me a year later some extras apparantly i signed some dodgy contract with small print. Their auditors have picked up that we were undercharged 18 months ago and the contract we signed enables them to just take the money 18 months later with no notification. (read more)

I received some business cards from them.. and have had no dealings with since. A YEAR later .. they have decided to debit my card again. 3 times! They did not seek my authorisation for these debits.. they stored my card number and security code for the whole time.. and just decided to dip into my account! And in their own words.. it has happened to at least 80 of their customers! AWFUL COMPANY.. WOULD NEVER USE.. OR RECOMMEND. I will be suing them to try to get this data issue... (read more)

I own a funeral business in northampton called Abington Funeral Services and i have ordered some business cards and compliment slips which i have received satisfactorily.
I have also placed an order for some promotional brochures which i haven't finished or moved forward on this order as i wanted to go with someone else.
To date i have not signed or agreed any proof and no work on this order has been completed, They have taken full payment off me of just over £2,000 and i have just found out they have debited me another 2 times for £10 each transaction when i haven't dealt with them for over one and a half years.
After speaking with them they are unwilling to refund me any of my money even though they haven't done any work regards this order for me.
I will pursue this through small claims court and wouldn't use this company ever again !
