what a nasty company! lie's, lie's, lie's. do not use icatchers, i catchers are a c-on, they will rip you off, icatchers take money from your card without telling you and without you agreeing to it. and they take more money than they say. icatchers will not answer any questions when you challange them about exccesive charges. do not give them your card details. and do not do business with icatchers or any company they operate under.

wish i had found this review site before dealing with them! poor, poor show!

We are sorry to here of your bad experience. Customers do sign a contract on order which does include any additional charges which may not be included in the net price given on the day. Customers who wish to pay by card should be aware that payment plans will be processed on proof or approval. For example balance due on approval means on approval the customer will be charged the balance of the order. We complete thousands of orders each year and unfortunately a few customers have not read our terms during the order process.
