So its the 09/11 and our phones stopped working on the 30/10. Nobody at Bonline can resolve this. No income calls, not outgoing calls. 7 telephone lines and none of them work. During my complaint call today I was told to leave a review online... Here it is! Avoid at all costs. Account Number 256305

I have tried to cancel my website for over 6 months, continue to send messages threatening debt collection, avoid this company completely.

This company did not deliver the site was badly designed and not up to the standard I would have expected from a web builder and host, many mistakes on the web design with very long waits to get things fix for most part fixes did not work or totally forgot about! The only thing they did get in touch very quickly was to get their payment which they have henchmen tactics avoid this company at all costs for it will cost you in customers and money

This company has the worst automated systems. Disconnect you when they feel like it with no regards to the effect it has on your business. When I signed up I was left with super slow internet for a whole month (less 2mbps) because they didn't list to my instructions ( i had 2 lines and wanted them to take them over 1 by one to avoid any dead time or slow internet issues) After a month of complaining and being ignored, it turned it was all due to a faulty modem (something I told them because there was no issue with the old provider) Now they renewed my contract for 2 years without telling me and are refusing the release me. They then suspended my line after continually making mistakes in their own billing.

I’ve just been badly treated by this company or how do you call it when you pay for a service, in my case, a web design, paid the upfront and after a month when supposed to be ready, you pay the rest of the amount and surprise: no access to website and nothing done! After stress and long hours on the phone asking for news, I finally realize that is no point to wait and ask for my money back. In the end if you pay for a service and is not delivered in time (1 month) and after 2 months you ask your money back, I think is common sense to have a refund. Surprise again! Today they contacted me and said that I will not have any money back as the payment done is no refundable. My story started in November; on 4th of December the website supposed to be ready, January I’ve asked for my money back because they failed to offer the service that I paid for; 27th of February they said that the payment done is No refundable. Thank you, bOnline Ltd for all the stress, unprofessionalism and waist of time!

Sales team did there job (as you would in reality expect) or there would be no sale!! I am a very small business I make a living not a fortune and wanted to grow further afield and I knew that my website was in need of an upgrade so thought i would investigate an article on Facebook for websites which is where B Online comes into the picture. Yes the sales man was good at what he thought i would be getting and encouraged me to pay the extra (as i was so green) and this would be me covered with help at the end of a call. so i paid my money and awaited further instructions i was contacted by a designer who was going to get me set up and he delivered a proof which was aN EXACT copy of my original website and then proceeded to tell me i needed to provide all the detail? In my line of business (which is Curtain making and interiors) If I asked my customer how to make a pair of curtains I know what would happen they would immediately say "this person doesn't know what they're doing sorry I want my money back" which is what I said. That was on the 5th July 2017 had several promises of receiving but not happened to date. I get contacted now and again to say it is being dealt with but nothing comes of it. I have now decided I'm going to the small claims court to retrieve this as I've had enough it absolutely ridiculous. Don't put your self through this frustrating experience PLeeeeease

NEVER use this company unless you need very slow internet that cuts off all the time . take ages to get connected also . I had sky previous , it was miles more reliable and faster .

Worst company Ever. I will not recommend anyone going with bonline. I ordered my connection , First place they take down date of movement wrong. Then Multiple calls , difficult to reach customer service and calls get drop for no reason and no call back. Then I managed to update them. week later , they only took land line from my old provider and not broadband. Multiple calls managed to update that as we.. and then on the day of connection , only phone like transferred and not broadband. Try to call multiple times to cancellation department and no way to reach them. and provisioning team saying first we take phone line then provide broadband and it can take up to 20 days. My old broadband connection is went offline in 3 days and bonline is no way near providing connection. And my business is offline. Their executive is saying since we are not having service with them they are not accountable for any issues. Worst customer service ever .. And they are showing 9.2 out of 10 review rating on there site. I cant believe no one else having issues.

BOnline claim to be based in Vauxhall, London, but the designers and all the customer support staff in South Africa. Only the sales team are in London. The initial design was good, but they were just about to hand me over the site when I noticed quite a few mistakes, when I asked them to correct these, the head of design himself told me that this would be the last review! I kept asking the designer to make changes and corrections and they kept being ignored, the attention to detail was very poor. Their website state that no site goes live until you are completely satisfied, I wasn't and it still went live. I finished the corrections myself. I paid for .com as well as co.uk and they told me two days after I paid that I hadn't and wanted copies of my bank statements to prove I had. Fortunately, I had the email confirming payment. Throughout the year, the communication was poor, the promised SEO tutorials weren't brilliant, they would often cancel them at short notice. I wrote to complain about the service and they redirected my complaint to the head of design who was one of the person I had complained about. Beware, they register customers' website under their name and if you want to leave for another provider, they try and charge you £50 whereas most provider do this for free or for £10. Don't ever choose BOnline.

Transfered my line in from a major supplier still waiting on the equipment. So i now have no internet not happy at my son is ill and i need the internet to talk to hospitals etc. Its the the case of what gliters is not gold I regret already moving my line to this company. They should send equipment out well in advance other comapnies do

I have updated this review from one star to four.
After my review i didnt have time to spend what i thought was going hours and wasn't in the mood for confrontation but........
B online in all fairness were on the phone to me before i could ring them.They were very concerned and polite and wanted to sort the issue out.
I was out all day at hospital with my son but i was kept informed through out the day of what was happening by very polite and courteous staff.
When i returned home my line was on I had been emailed log on details so even if i could retrieve the modem they had sent me i could get on line.
So stepping back i think the true test of company is how they deal with you when the chips are down. Cant fault it 5 stars to the customer service team and thumbs up from my boy who needs the internet for his treatment.
Well done B online you turned a very unhappy customer into a satisfied one. Lessons could be learnt here though with equipment being sent earlier and also warnings your existing supplier may cut services early.

Beware of the sting in the tail with this company. We signed up for their phone line service. They provide poor service and you end up paying a lot more than you signed up for. When attempting to transfer at our contract end date, they became hostile, held us hostage and refused to allow the transfer and demanded £399 termination fee. That is extortionate.

This is a brilliant company in poor customer service. They give deadlines upon deadlines that the phone and broadband service will be up and running but then the contractor engineers decide to climb one step each time, take plenty of rest, make you suffer mentally and financially and then climb the second step. If we were to miss our payment due date and say i have not been paid by my employer yet so can you wait till next month would they wait ? Within few days after warnings they will suspend your line. However, when it comes to them its completely fair to wait forever. Today they have given 3rd estimated date for the service to be running which is 30th august and i placed order on the 27th july. That's more than a month! They will talk very sweet and act humble but who cares when there is no service. They are trained to tell different stories each time so it comes to a point where you just have to give up. Anyone can do the easy job but you got to be brilliant at tough situations. I wouldnt recommend anyone to get their service.

bonline have mis sold me a website package and taken more than £1,200 from me. The "Camp" bloke who "sweet talks" is a liar!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! I had a modest website that cost me around £350 per year, it was no frills but it did the job, I was getting leads through it. They pounced on the idea that my website was "unprofessional!" and how much better they could do. I am now out of pocket more than £1,200 and no where to be found on google!!
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall a very pleasant experience working with bOnline's webs development team. A very friendly, patient and customer focused design team that were able to complete my website to a high standard. Designers are willing to work with the client (no matter how long it takes) to ensure the end result is one that meets the client's expectations. Competent professionals with a cooperative attitude and good customer relations skills. I used bOnline as a start-up with a tight budget and was surprised to have achieved very good value for money for the type of website I had designed. I would recommend bOnline to other start-ups or even charities who wish to have a professionally looking website without breaking the bank on expensive design fees. A thoroughly enjoyable experience!

Really unhelphul company. They took over my business line but didnt retain my number and I am having to wait 10 days to get my number back. Really poor 'support' staff, never ring back or have clear answers to my questions. I have asked for the issue to be escalated so that the Company can learn by my awful experience and not put other people through the same hassle, but am told that they dont have an escalation process other than a chat with 'the manager' . So, no hope that anyone else will get any better service

My website has been getting positive feedback as to how professional it looks. I am pleased with the design and outlay and the ability to accomodate late changes to webpages was admirable. I would recommend this company to colleagues wishng to set up their own business websites. Job well done!

From start to finish, Bonline had my website up and running with a great professional look to it, easy to navigate, but with all the criteria needed to find what a client looks for. Thanks to my web designer. The S.E.O. support, made me do a few simple things myself, but if I had this support during my first website with another company, I would have been very happy. The S.E.O. manager, is always there, and always trying to improve my rankings, and I have. Thanks to my S.E.O. manager I have had twice as many more calls this April-May 2016 period , than I did have in 2015, and my company have only been with Bonline since March. This is only the beginning of a good partnership. Thanks Bonline and your staff.

After seeing my review , Bonline called me for apology and try to help me.There was nothing much they can do but they offer to pay for mobile internet dongle to get me going. I appreciate a gesture of help . My Original review is still as is.

It's a shame when companies like this only respond to reviews. I had a similar experience leaving me speeds of 0.12mbps for nearly a month. I only got a call back from the cancellation department (i say department loosely, its just one person. If she's not in the whole department is shut).
I don't think these guys realise the impact loss of internet and phones causes businesses.
