Do not engage this guys services. He will tell you how competent he is then ask for large deposits. He will then tell you he CANNOT do the work agreed at the outset for anything like the budget. You complain, he takes your deposit. Sadly there is no way to report these bad experiences via Elance or odesk so he keeps getting away with it. Choose someone else for your project avoid this. I still have transcripts of ALL skype conversations to demonstrate all of the above. (read more)
