Great value service! I gave quite a specific brief in design terms - but they hit the nail on the head with the first attempt, and that is rare. They have been great to work with responding almost immediately to enquiries and helping me out when I didn't know how to do something. I will certainly be recommending them to others.
The CMS is pretty intuitive to use - I would not say it is idiot proof but it is certainly not difficult, and the fact that they are more than happy to help with any query or error that you make really does make it a pleasure to work with them.
