when we decided to go live with a website we thought everything would be easy, especially as we had designed how we wanted it to look in photoshop, though that was not to be the case. Our original web designer left us in the lurch with a site that was little more than an image of the photoshop image we had designed and told us what we wanted was impossible, we scourered the web & contacted more than 30 designers who all huffed and puffed about what we wanted, then we came across the smarter web company who seemed to have all the answers and confidence to build what we wanted in a what seemed an impossible time, for what seemed a too good to be true price. To be honest, with our experience of web designers we were skeptic having heard of companies who promise you the earth then ship the design out to foreign companies and leave people having paid with no website years down the line, but we had to put our trust in someone. Having actually talked to the company director (Andrew)directly on the phone the first time i rang for some time we decided to see if this company could do what we wanted. From day 1 the service was professional and the team working on the design quickly compiled a design and despite me changing my mind several times, they remained patient and just incorporated my changes without complaint. Remarkabley the website was ready to go live on the date they said and we were amazed with the quality of what they had produced. The cms facility is an amazing feat of cyber engineering and makes website management a dream. Andrew and his team of web professionals remained on hand throughout the period of my building the content, right up to the day they broke up for christmas, Andrew even answered my emails whilst on their works christmas outing. Then to top everything Andrew continued to be on hand to offer advice throughout the christmas break, with help for the cms, setting up emails and to just generally be there when i needed help.
It is not very often that we come across companies that take pride in their work, but i can assure you this company really does. It is also not very often that a company delivers what it says, when it says for a price it has quoted, but this company has. It is also not very often that you will find a company that will reach your expectations, well this company definately far exceeded mine and i would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a conscientious professional website designers. Thank you guys for a website very well done and thank you Andrew for making a company that serves its client so well.
