I was approached after submitted an advert on Gumtree for a new website from Shine Web Design.
It was a complex project but I was very impressed with their slick approach and he build confidence. Even though I'd not spoken with him I was happy to part with 25% (£875). Later on after speaking he got another 25% and then another 25%. Then things went wrong. He started ignoring me. He never returned phone calls or messages or emails for weeks at a time and when he did do any work any follow up from me resulted in being ignored again.

In the end after being quoted just 1 month to complete after 6 months and more than £2600 the website was never delivered.
I now have to follow through small claims as he refuses to finish the site or communicate or even make an kind of reasonable deal.

I wanted to write this to help anyone else from falling into his clutches.

Hi there,

I came across your review and as well as losing all this money my other thought was that you still had no website! How if at all have you looked at sorting this out now you have to take the aforementioned company to Small Claims?

If there is still a need for a website, we would love to help you out! We have plenty of testimonials from happy customers to put your mind at ease. Would be good to at least have a chat.
