“Disgraceful Customer Service”

Took over a property which used Qbook, as I use another software throughout my properties I rang to ask them to change the IPS TAG so I could manage the domain myself. You'd think i'd asked something difficult! The only company I have ever dealt with that told me no, I would have to request it via nominet. I have used this system for sometime , and it is plagued with problems , bad customer support, very quick in getting you to hand over your money to them , then after that the problems start , emails wrong, bookings in wrong place , over booking still happens , so called Q - marketing is hopeless , through out the year many times getting error messages about not connecting properly with the OTA's , missing bookings , in the end i gave up calling them to ask for help. They take your money and you get nothing in return. I ordered and paid for a new website. Due to severe family illness I was delayed in getting this going but in October 2014 things started to move and we received a first draft. Corrections were sent to them in early November - we were dealing with a guy. To date absolutely nothing since despite over 20 emails and phone calls. They did have the cheek to send be a bill for their online booking service for £270 which is a huge increase… Read Full Review

“Appalling Customer Relations!!!”

I have never come across a company who value their customers less!! They act in a totally unreasonable and arbitrary manner and I advise everyone to look elsewhere. They make much of the many accommodation websites they run on which they will advertise your property should you use their on-line registration system. The trouble is that none of their sites appear on the search engines which says a lot about their SEO expertise. Don't touch them with a barge pole!… Read Full Review
