Purchased the Enterprise Package. I received the logo samples and was pleasantly surprised, narrowed my options down to 2 designs with some revisions, which they provided just as requested. I made my final logo choice and they provided the business card and letterhead layout for approval. I am very pleased with the final package and will recommend Pinnacle Logo without hesitation.

This is our second order with Pinnacle and once again we are extremely happy with their work. You cannot really put a price on creativity but Pinnacle is a first class service with a more than fair rate structure. Certainly we will never go elsewhere. We really appreciate having the logo in all the different graphic file formats and this has already been valuable for animating the logo for use in videos.

Fantastic logo design service. I purchased the silver package on a Thursday and received my new logo the following Tuesday. While their website needs a little bit of work, they have talented graphics artists behind the scenes. I didn't really know what I wanted or what would fit well with my type of business, but Pinnacle delivered. I had specified that I liked a particular font, something I probably should not have done. It didn't really blend well with any sort of graphic, but the artists really did try to incorporate it on two of them. It just didn't work, however. The other two logos were completely original and very creative, capturing what my business is all about. I couldn't be happier for $49! It was great to see that they really tried to implement my (terrible) personal likes on 2 of the 4 logo samples and then let their creativity run wild on the remaining two. My mind was absolutely blown. Excellent service, excellent value, would highly recommend.

Was given 3 choices and was able to pick one that I liked with no changes required. I asked for 2 variations in the logo one with words and the other with just logo and they delivered no extra charge. When I got the files I got way more than what I expected, in the zip file they provided me 5 different type files to use my logo in many scenarios.

Great logo design. I only dinged them one star because I wasn't sent the logo within the time they indicated I would. When I asked them where my logo was they promptly sent it and said it was previously sent and it must be in junk mail. I checked my junk mail and double checked my regular mailbox and it wasn't there. Overall it was a good experience and they did a good job.

I've used Pinnacle for several logo projects now and really like the convenience and quality of their work. Within a short time, I had several acceptable logo concepts that met our needs. We 'fine tuned' the best concept and Pinnacle turned it around with a variety of files for us to use in print and on the web. The final draft was delivered to us on the weekend and was ready for us to run with it on Monday morning. Took my idea and made it come to life in just four days. Super easy process and well worth the cost which in my opinion is very reasonable compared to other companies out there. I had a simple idea in my head and Pinnacle Logo came back with an even better design then I could have imaged. I have already recommended them to several friends.

Full disclosure, I had no idea about what I was getting into when I contacted Pinnacle Logo about a week ago and I'm 100% glad I did. There website is nice and it has professional logo examples on there; but the real winner was the vast array of choices provided to me for my custom logo. It wasn't just the same logo with 6 different colors; but 6 unique renditions of art all encompassing my direction and choices. You see they briefly ask you what you want and then come up with a bevy of choices. It was awesome to see my preferences come to life with the logo. The staff at Pinnacle was prompt, courteous and highly professional. I got the gold package that comes with everything you need in high res formats to get rolling with advertising and marketing. Ive dealt with alot of companies in my day but by i have to say i've never dealt with a company with better customer care, they responded to all my calls and emails in minutes and listen to all my needs, and then did exactly what i wanted.
