Neoteric have just completed the rebuild of our ecommerce site. The result is excellent from a design perspective and also from a sales perspective as we have seen a noticable increase since the new design went live.

We were told during the sales process to expect the build to take 3 months, it actually came in a little ahead at around 10 weeks. This is perhaps longer than I would have liked but I appreciate that getting it right takes time and is much more important.

Communication was key to me during the design and build as we had a couple of very specific needs. The tech team were helpful and we were kept up to date. Even when the update was "no news" it was still useful. There have been a couple of areas where we have compromised, but others where Neoteric's implementation was beyond what I expected.

I would use them again, and have also referred 2 friends so far.

Hi there I just write this because I got a horrible experience with Neoteric. I do want that you will get a similar experience like me. They can not complete my web project in time which is a very easy web project. They even told me that I do not know when the web project will be completed. They told me that the integration would be completed in 4 weeks. Now, I am waiting over 12 weeks. On Friday I got an email from the Project Manager saying that the calculator is completed. But when I checked everything was wrong price and etc. So I am going to take legal action too. This company should be forbidden to trade. Never would choice this company.
