I was looking for a design agency to take up the task of branding of my business. Web and Logo Design Package : I agree with all the people who gave this company a poor rating. I live in the UK and we were required to pay upfront. No sooner had they received the payment, it was as if they could forget the service. All promises to return calls or respond to email enquiries went out of the window. They took a staggering two months to design the stationary which consisted of nothing but adding a bottom border to the paper and the logo as usual on top of the business card, letterhead or envelope. They did not even care to adjust the size to UK measurements. Once I had found out by going to my local printers, I had to return to ask for the change to UK sizes. They then took another staggering 2 months to alter just the paper sizes,! Unlike what their online advert suggests, they do not consult the customer to understand what the customer requirements, nor do the designers get in touch if they didn't understand a written instruction, and this simply results in repeated requests for the same changes just because their designers couldn't be bothered to pay heed to the instruction and what the customer wanted. The website was also a simple design, yet they have taken 4 months just to produce a standard template filled in with whatever contents we gave them. Then, they lost a video I sent, given that online mediums such as Dropbox, Google etc takes 3 hours to upload, they cared little, so when the time came to upload it onto my website, they claimed it was missing, it means that instead of saving the file they carelessly allowed it to become deleted. It took another week to successfully transmit the video for them to receive for the website. They then told me that the development phase would only take a week, but after a month it turned out that they still needed my input to design and finish off the Facebook and Twitter pages before development phase could begin. There is a total absence of strategy and planning or coordination for the projects, and they don't feel they have to stick to any accuracy of delivering information correctly or amend to an instruction correctly. This has caused lots of unnecessary delays which directly impacted my ability to start any marketing of my business which means and that we have suffered loss of potential incomes during this period.
