The service we have received from Leanne at EU Design Studio has been exceptional. We own two websites which have been established for a very long time but which we took over in the past couple of years. Both sites were created on a 'do it yourself' website which had obviously functioned well at the beginning but we really noticed how dated the sites were looking when we took them over. Unfortunately, we didn't have the capital at that point to sort them out and made a few haphazard attempts at improvements ourselves. Leanne transformed both sites within a week - we couldn't have imagined how fantastic they would look. We now have two very expensive-looking websites - they are clean and slick and professional! We are aware that a lot of our potential customers have probably been put off by our old 'home-made'/thrown together websites as many people are wary of the internet security issues and scams, etc. All our business comes via our websites and we have already seen real evidence that a professionally designed website gives consumers confidence in your products and services. Leanne understood our requirements, she was happy to make a couple of (very small) changes which were actioned very quickly, and any questions we had (there were many as we know nothing about this sort of thing) were answered quickly and without 'jargon'. We will certainly be recommending the service to anyone we know who is either thinking of improving their site or setting up a website for the first time. We are so pleased with our new-look websites which not only bring us back on a level with those of our competition but actually surpasses them. Another point to note is that, going forward, the actual 'back-end' of the site is also very straightforward to navigate, even with very little experience of that sort of thing and no programming knowledge, etc. We will certainly be using the services of EU Design Studio in the future.
