EMS contacted us a few years ago about our websites, the deal offered was very reasonable. Not being particularly website experts we did not realise the extra costs that we would continually incur.Had this been mentioned at the time, we would not have taken up this offer. When initially we agreed to our sites, we assumed, as they said they could copy our other sites, that they would do this for us. They designed the site but left us with knowledge of how to input all the data. If we had realised this they we probably would not have taken up the deal. We are a small company on part time staff and it took a lot of our time.
The sales staff are very helpful and what they say seems to make sense although it does cost us more money.
We have worked with designers for our sites and are very pleased with the overall look and function of them. Although you can wait a few days for a call back. I think that that communication here could be improved, especially if you are in the middle of trying to do something and need a bit of help.
It does appear that the communication between departments is lacking.
