I have used a similar service for marketing analysis business work, and a company logo design, so have a bit of experienced with the process. This platform produced 8 or 10 website designs and while 3 were very good, one was spectacular. The response was good and the time from start to delivery was excellent and as laid out and expectations. I highly recommend this platform for similar projects!

I liked working with the designers on my newe logo. i got a lot of proposals: over 800! I noticed that communicating with the designers helps to finetune the proposals. The only thing I didn't like was that therewere a few copycats. They almost exactly copied my favourite designs while Inwas waiting for new proposals from another point of view. But I noticed later you can change your settings in a way that this will not happen again. But overall it was great fun and Inright now have a very nice kogo, which I am very happy with!

They are constantly available to make the system work smoothly and properly to accommodate the client. A handful more designs were submitted than expected- which is a great scenario. 2nd time using them... will definitely use for #3!

It was great. You simply explain what you are trying to achieve with your site and the systems gets your project out to a group of talented designers. It works great because you see many unique options from designers all over the world. I'm very happy with what I got. I will definitely run another contest if I need anything in the future.

We got over 300 submissions from designers all over the world. At first, I have to admit I was a bit underwhelmed by the submissions. But as time went on and better designers entered the contest, some really good stuff started coming in. By the time we were done, we had some very difficult decisions to make. All the designers were eager to please and took direction throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, the chat feature enabled us to get our questions answered immediately. The site is very well done and for what we received, we easily could have ended up paying thousands. It was extremely good value, and a very, very good website for anyone in need of high quality design. I would use them again in a moment.

Excellent LOGO Designs and creativities are worked out!! Will be able to get more perfection with reviewing the final step of transferring the source file of winning contests to customers. All customers is considered to the best last final step of modification about their choice.

We used DesignContest for the coding of our new website. The work was done to our full satisfaction in a very professional way in all respects from project management, cost control, timing to the execution of the coding.

I was very disturbed to learn that the designer I chose was a pretender. The picture and name in the contest was fake and so was the information I received after the contest had been finalised.  you could be dealing with just a handful of designers using different pictures and names. Hence I am utterly disappointed.

This is definitely one of the best way to tap into very talented designers all over the world! Very easy to start a contest and without any pressure. The staff is extremely helpful!!! I highly recommend this site!!

Really loved the great amount of detail you can put into your contest, it was really easy to find exactly what I was looking for even thought I wasn't sure at the time. The amount of submissions I received on my contest really inspired the direction I decided to take. Adjustments on the designs were an easy request because you could communicate with each designer easily. Overall great experience and looking forward to using DesignContest for future projects. I also really liked that you could get fast responses from the support chat.

Easy process. The designers that are available through Design Contest are creative and very responsive to alter their designs to fit the business model. Support staff was always available and very helpful. Really appreciated the access to so many creative designers.

Where do I begin? When I first started this contest I had a different business name than what I finished with. As the contest went on for the first few days I slowly began to realize that my business model and name do not match and are quite contradictory. On day 6 of 7 total contest days I contacted customer service on the Live Chat feature of their website and told them that due to no fault of any designer, I would like a refund. I have decided that I need to change my business model and name. The designs being submitted made those things obvious to me and it was difficult for the designers to work with me. Once I rethink everything I will definitely be back for another contest. Much to my surprise (as this was all my own fault) the customer service rep not only helped me, but extended my contest for another 7 days at no charge and even allowed me as much time as I like to rethink and redesign my business model and name before restarting the contest. I restarted the contest about two weeks later and DesignContest upgraded my contest to "featured", for free, so it would be seen by more designers and receive more submissions. They also emailed all the previous designers to let them know the contest is back on. The designs FLEW in like crazy. Over 350 total submissions. DesignContest also scans the submissions for copyright infringement and found one that was in violation. They removed the submission and gave me four more contest days for free in order to recoup some of the lost time. In the end I chose a design that I am completely satisfied with. The designer worked with me on details even before I selected hers as the winner. Once the design was chosen I continued working with her and she was extremely courteous and helpful. She submitted a file explaining each of the logo file types, how to use each one, which are most important, and gave me some extra colors as well. She also gave me each of the hexadecimal colors as well as the font styles so I can match them across all of my websites, correspondence, and business cards. She was absolutely great! Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied. There were a few times I was frustrated, but in the end I have a great logo, worked with some great designers, and had more than enough designs to choose from.

Great customer service... I was confused about how this worked... I should have done more research prior to just paying... However, I just pulled the trigger thinking the website design included everything... Website coding, etc... However, I was wrong. I did an online chat and Anatasia told me exactly how this works. She than escalated my refund process to upper management and got this refund immediately. Thank you.

This is one of the oldest design contest companies, according to the Customer Service person I talked to. She helped me through the whole process. If it's your first time, I'd recommend doing an online chat with them before starting. I received many designs, and as long as I gave specific feedback, I got back better and better logos.
