I have bought an old 30ies house and did not quite know what to do with it. I saw some work on De Montfort web and contacted them. Rosana has created an airy design and advised me which walls to take down, where to place the furniture, what colors I can get away with and designed a CGI of the reconstruction from a photo I gave her. I am very pleased and realized its not always about the expensive things that make the house stylish. We have even gone to a park for lunch and she spontaneously selected a piece of an old twisted tree trunk, which we polished, varnished and set onto a pedestal as a wonderful sculpture. I was gobsmacked! I cannot describe the creative flow I have witnessed, no one can. One has to engage with De Montfort to be in the picture.

We have had our website done by De Montfort. Rosana was very helpful in setting up of our business and knew all the steps we needed to complete before going life with the website and starting to send out flyers and brochures, which she also had designed. The good thing about how this company works is, they have every necessary detail covered- invoices, compliment slips, business cards, website, brochures, magazine or invitations. But outside of design they helped us with company registration, 0800 telephone number, offices and presentations. We are too busy to sit down and argue about our company logo, flyers, website or brochures. We have spent days with some local companies trying to find what we and our client will like. It was a dreadful experience looking at people who are telling us how to run our business. The image we have been given was ridiculous and cheezy. I have never trusted anyone as much as I trust these guys. I had no idea what to do to attract the customer. I have asked about a logo design, but actually realized they do much more. I have had my offices set up with the right IT equipment, got my software licensed, my invoices and delivery sheets designed. The team at De Montfort Design assign a client manager/developer that represents the individual clients needs one project at a time. This means in real terms that they are dedicated to you and only you until the requested contract is completed. They are always readily contactable and approachable. Communication is paramount at DMD being able to explain the technical aspects of your requirements in a language that you are comfortable, after all we are not all computer conversant. Further the client manager/developer at DMD prior to progressing any work at all were clear and concise in what they could offer and how much it would cost. There were no nasty surprises and no extra add ons for this and that feature. They quoted the job and kept it well within the remit. DMD are committed to attention to detail working a fast and dynamic way always keeping us the client up to speed with the development sending images of work in progress so that things can be discussed along the way. This is the second time DMD have developed a project for us, the first being for a large country estate, Kirklees Park in West Yorkshire and the latest in a start-up website for a young hairdresser starting out in his own business. Both projects required very different approaches but the same commitment was given to each. I would certainly have no problems in recommending DMD to anyone who is serious about getting there web presence noticed.
