Started off really well and we were pleased with the overall design. Things went horribly downhill after that as the online shop was supposed to accept our suppliers feeds for easy importing of products - never happened and with the involvement of an independent expert, it was never set up to do so. After many months of asking for help they finally decided to ignore all of our emails. We were left with a website which gave us no business whatsoever as we are not set up to import some 4000+ products individually and change stock and pricing on a daily basis. Sadly and after much deliberation we decided to put the whole sorry scenario behind us and move away - lost £4000 in doing so but their customer service is so awful that there was no point in continuing with them. The £200 compensation offered by one of their directors was a joke and an insult.
