Creare promise a great deal and deliver very little of it. I found the whole process frustrating, lengthy and well below the standards I was expecting.
The sales team do a very good job in making the product and service seem first class, however, from my experience that is where it stops. Do not believe a word the sales team say as the development team will have no idea what they have agreed or how to deliver it.
They are happy to mass produce standard e-commerce sites out of a box, however, if like me you were looking for something a little different they don't have a clue. I found that I was repeating myself time and time again to get them to understand my business requirements. They appear to want to put a square peg in a round whole as it is easier for them.
There customer service is appalling with requests having to be chased numerous times in order to get a response let alone action. I really felt as though I was the one doing all the work on the project and paying them for the privilege.
Please do not use this inept company unless you want to a simple out of the box site that you will pay over the odds for coupled with mindbogglingly bad service. Only interested in your money and not what you get. If I ran my business like this I would go bust - and quickly.

We have had an identical experience, and are of exactly the same opinion. Creare have been what can only be described as a complete and utter nightmare. I can only wish we had seen such reviews before embarking on our project with them (which, by the way, is still not finished, or anything close to what we wanted, 10months down the line!)

Same here - reading reviews on here surprises me - we had a terrible experience and one which I would not wish on my worst enemy! £4000 down the drain! There were several bad comments from other disgruntled customers on their facebook page for months - now they have caught on and removed them all!
