I liked the way my ideas were taken into account in the design process.The team facilitated my ideas quickly and made good suggestions about the running of my site.I had a great deal of content and pictures to include which was a slow process (for me) preparing ahead all the text and pictures for the site as my business is photography and graphic design.
The team were patient and helpful and kept good communication with me during this process. In aftercare, when my site was complete the team at Business Pro Designs were quick to respond to ease my concerns if I had a question or problem.
This was my first experience in website building and I was mostly unfamiliar with IT terminology and the processes involved.For folk like me, I would suggest an introductory, step-by-step guide detailing just what you can do for the client in simple terms regarding your detailed services and prices for these. Also your 'mission statement' as a team and a 'statement of understanding' of advertising trends in the current marketplace.The costs and options which lay ahead should also be explained so that the client can make good decisions about their advertising budget.
Conducting business by phone and email is current business practice with many companies- the Business Pro team were very helpful and I have no complaints about their service.
However, I feel generally some face to face contact would speed up the service and facilitate greater confidence and understanding of the processes involved.This would also accentuate the 'value for money' aspects and lead to better customer to customer leads for your team.
People are more inclined to invest and recommend when they have a 'real physical presence' to relate to.People, these days can be 'cynical' bombarded by persistent phone sales teams, particularly from overseas companies without a 'face' albeit a website to assure them they are 'legitimate'. Withstanding that,believing they will understand local advertising needs and trends.Real Estate Agents nowadays Video Blog monthly to report on their success and keep a public face and it's very successful - this would be a great idea for Business Pro Designs - even if you aren't 'here in person'.
As much as I am willing - I have actually found it difficult to assure people that they will be well guided, understood and finally charged a fair price for the services you provide so well.This is merely a 'marketplace issue' and I know you are keen to grow your business into the future as am I with mine.
I have been very happy with my prime contact at business Pro Designs and have received excellent guidance and service thus far. My comments are aimed at helping you to improve your service and 'recognition' of that service as you have requested.
