I had reason on my latest renewal not to be happy with the first threatening letter I received regarding that renewal which was some 2 months or more away.......I subsequently spoke to a delightful young lady who listened respectfully to my concerns.Can I say her manner in which she handled those concerns was tactful,thoughtful,and very calm which lead to a mutually satisfying outcome.
I do believe you need to urgently revisit your original renewal advice as it needs to be "warm and fuzzy" rather than "cold and prickly",but also employ more staff like her.
