TERRIBLE!
First,they only have a virtual office,No addresses( Note on the WEBSITE) SO DO NOT think you are dealing with a reputable Company based in the UK or USA.
Secondly they are just a bunch of greedy hungry Men and they are( Indians) at least the 3 people i dealt with over the phone and the man who charged my card immediately i said yes without waiting to start the job.My card was charged 575,450,450 within one month but up until now am in limbo.
I wanted an online t/shirt designer and they claimed they could do it, even sent me to a site www.customink.com claiming they created and hosted the site.after i looked at the site and gave them a go-ahead,they marketed a facebook page,an ecommerce website and nearly everything in the books.I was also so stupid i did't double check or at least read this reviews before they charged the card of over 1400 usd. 7 months later i have no website,no online t/shirt designer,and no facebook page.when i complained about the fancytshirt designer that is sold for 18 dollars as opposed the online t/shirt designer they claimed they did for customink.com they said they only refered me to that site to see some features and what they have given me will do the same thing as the online t/shirt designer.
One Craig brown who is the fourth person i have to deal with by this 7th month said,i can go ahead and do whatever i wanted, they have created a website and intergrated the software and so they would not give me a refund and forwarded his response after arguing with me on skpe for 3hrs from 12midnight to 3 am.(copied from original conversation)


" that was a reference that was provided. The software that we have provided does the exact same job as the one we have provided. The one on customink however is completely customized by the website developers and for the $2000.00 that you are paying will not suffice. Please understand, the project is an advanced e-commerce website and I am pasting the features that were discussed with you"
when i asked him if he is not concerned about customers satisfaction He said
"I certainly care about all my customers but you have to appreciate that I will only keep my customers as long as I have my business. If we are to integrate that software from customink, we will suffer a considerable amount of losses"
Lessons i learnt.
1.after 7 months i asked him how the facebook page is not yet done and he certainly does not care that i am not happy with my job and that is it?you claimed you have finished the job and
so you can justify the 1475 dollars They has collected from my account.
he wrote

2. Trust no one online So he knows the website is not over but he must keep my money so as not to suffer any losses because they are clearly out to take money from any body who would be dumb to trust them.
So i only found out 7 months after i paid 1475 dollars that they were not the developers of customink site and they only wanted to take my money me by claiming they did.
3.Never give out your card to anyone on line
Everybody RUN! RUN! if you hear about this company,They are out for any dumb trusting client like Me.when i complained someone said he had also been a victim of this sort of thing so i should be careful i never told him i had paid 1475 dollars already so please BUYERS BEWARE!
