Today when I was talking to the technician I found two things that can be improved. The first one is that if customers are allowed to change the IP's for the ns records themselves, then we (the customers) don't have to spend an extra time opening a ticket or chatting with someone to fix the problem.
The second thing that can be improved is that when the customer is reviewing the technician and send the review, the message saying that the review has been sent and it's waiting for approval is just below the button that you pressed so I didn't see it the first two times that I pressed the button. It could be a lot better if the page redirect to another different webpage congratulating the customer.
