As a person who plays too much, I am impressed with the patience of the support staff. It might not always be an instant solution, but in general, we get there in the end. As for the hosting itself, I cant really fault it. We have had a couple of hiccups in the past, who doesn't but again, usually solved with relative ease. There are a couple of very good support staff on hand but there are a couple who have to think hard before resolving an issue. I don't want this to sound like its a common problem though. For the most part, service is excellent. Pingdom reports excellent up-time stats (certainly over 98% on average), but many months have passed with 100% uptime, and that is pretty impressive.
UK based, so no hassle with time offsets which is great for me and overall, very happy.
