I have just had another exemplary experience of what Customer Service should be, whilst dealing with Kemp M from Billing.
I had quite a complex requirement and Kemp took the time and trouble to make sure my request was fully understood, before taking me through the steps required to satisfy it, one at a time.
At every stage it was ensured that I knew what was happening and the resolution was exactly as I wanted it to be.
I have been a customer of eUKHost for over 8 years and, in all that time I have found their Customer Service to be above and beyond many other companies I have dealt with during the same period - and that is the PRIME reason I have chosen to move all my web hosting to a new VPS Hosting package with eUKHost.
