One of my clients sites went offline during peak hours - something that could cost them a lot of money - within 45 seconds of contacting the support team Vincent P had fixed the issue and the site was back live.
for someone who is not massively technical with this kind of stuff, it is really encouraging to know the help team are so fantastic at what they do!
