Adam helped me out on live chat. The issue was confusing reminders about invoices that were already on a direct payment system but I couldn't pay when prompted. He sorted it out for me promptly and checked some other matters.
The issue is really annoying and a not very good process in my opinion but the solution was made quickly and easily on Live Chat without me having to spend ages in a phone line queue.
