The title sumarize it all. EUK host over charged me and now its being a month that I am chasing a refund but still no sign. It is all good unless you came across an issue and now it is un-acceptable. First they tried to put the blame on GoCardLess that is a third party who collect direct debit payments on their behalf but when nothing worked now they are just keep promosing a fture date. I am going to raise it with trading standards but now YOU ARE WARNED so keep away from this company.
