I had a test site developed on a subdomain, and after transferring it to the main domain, I got a bandwidth notification error. As I started deleting files, I noticed that my website had a database error so I referred to EUK Host to help. After letting them know, the person I dealt with jumped in and a couple of hours later he identified the problem and let me know that he dealt with, explaining what the issue was. Bottom line is that my site was back up within a few hours, cleaned from unesessary files and running smoothly. Fantastic service from EUK Host and the person I dealt with! Thanks guys, you are awesome!

I've had various websites hosted with EUKHost for 11 years now and it just works. On the rare occasions I have to talk to someone (usually via their livechat) I receive quick responses and my questions or problems are resolved first time. Most recently chatted with a man about changing my hosting package and he answered all my questions and guided me towards the best option. Hope to continue using them for many years to come.

I have used EUK for a number of years and the service has now become unacceptable. They take days to open support tickets even when they say they are marked as urgent. Their billing system and eNlight cloud services do not work at all and you are billed random amounts without being able to actually access and view what the charges are for. The rest of the good reviews on here are simply from instances where their support are able to carry out basic requests and you are specifically asked to post a comment which is then added here so it makes it look like good service but the reality is far from that. I have been threatened by EUK Host that they will suspend my accounts if I take any legal action against them for my complaints. At this moment in time I have called about a billing issue and was transferred, I have now been sitting on the phone for 45 mins and no one will answer and no managers available as they are all apparently training, no billing support available and so as their system will not add funds to my servers these will now go offline and there is nothing I can do about it. AVOID THIS COMPANY --REALLY AVOID THEM.

I was in a slightly Kafkaesque situation where my recurring payment was against an expired cc, so though the payment could not go through, I still was not presented with payment options online, so could not pay my invoice! The service agent I spoke to via chat quickly identified the issue and cancelled the recurring payment, so allowing me to pay the bill. 5 stars for excellent customer service, reduced to 4 for the somewhat awkward online bill paying process with this weird expiry trap (for which I'll blame WorldPay!).

Shawn from the Billing team was brilliant, he quickly solved my problem and helped me sort out an issue as I had cancelled my hosting because I wanted to get rid of the domain. He made sure that I would get the refund as it was under 30 days and passed on the message to customer services.

since my connection was donw at home, had to revert to phone to set new account urgently and what follows. some things did not work out due to miscommunication from my client and things got muddled by the evening . however Vincent P came to the rescue and having got the full gist of the issues involved, sorted it out with little fuss and a lot of sympathy towards an almost non techie filling in for our normal tech guy otherwise indisposed. Thank you again. you are a saint.

I wanted to update my website and it was not going well. Probably because I had no clue what I was doing. Got to the live chat with Rashid and got it all sorted. He must be a saint because I must had been one of those customers you hear stories about. Couldn't even answer his questions as I didn’t know what he was asking:) a true above and beyond service! We had issues with our emails. I got in touch with one of your agents named Rashid He guided me with everything. I am very much satisfied with the support he provided. We have now our issue resolved. He was with me for 2 hours and was replying to each and every question raised. Hats off!!! Keep the good work going..
