Fast support turnaround

I've been using ehosting.co.uk for about 2 years since releasing the first iteration of my little website, toepoke.co.uk (5-a-side football organiser).

Whilst I'm an experienced web developer I had limited experience of using a hosting company (previous sites have been pure HTML/CCS/JS). As such I wasn't familiar with using a control panel, or any of the processes involved.

I found ehosting were always there with answers for my many questions whilst initially setting up the website and getting it up and running. The turnaround of answers over e-mail have always been quick and succinct and rarely more than a couple of hours before getting an answer. Considering the small amount we pay for the hosting I find this really encouraging.

On the few occasions where my questions have taken a little longer to complete I've been made aware of this and have been kept up-to-date with progress on the issue.

All in all, all you could ask.
