I won a hosting plan at Zyma for one year. I was contacted by Zyma when I won the prize and they were very nice to me. Then I requested Zyma to change my domain address from one to another, and they told me it will take less than 24 hours. However it took more than 8 days, and I have sent them two emails and they have not replied until the time of this review. And they when I called them they said because my account is free, they give it minimum priority whenever my website needs fixing.
If so, then why the hell do Zyma give away free hosting plans and they do not be host with customers from the beginning. I should have been told that my website will get low priority when I was sent the login details.
You need to be more professional in what you are doing.
Long live Godaddy, I am now so happy in Godaddy
