In desparation at lack of support from Yorhost, I decided to transfer the domain I use to another ISP. I logged in and found a facility to change the ISP tag. I changed this as required.
I then attempted to transfer the domain to the Isp host I wanted to use. Several attempts to do this failed.
I logged back into yorhost to check the domain management, the domain was no longer there.
The phone number given to Yorhost is not recognised, requests for help are ignored.
They have once again lost the plot and should be shut down.

i am having the same problems. I have paid for the renewal this was left to expire! how do change the ISP tag my site has gone in to redemeption. How do I retrieve my content back.
