i am genuinely delighted with the product (linux elite). Plenty of options to play with, uptime pretty good but then i dont run a business using it.
The support offered is very poor.
In live chat i was repeatedly told to contact billing when i asked specific technical questions eg "do i need to change the IPS Tags". I also felt the responses were a bit ill tempered, especially as I took the time to politely rephrase the same question when they failed to address the issue.
Submitting tickets don't seem to improve the responses, they simply fail to address the question. Although I did get the unhelpful response quite rapidly.
My honest view is that they lack English literacy and basic technical knowledge of their own products.
