I've been a customer for approximately 8 years using different VPS options and when I've ever had a problem it has normally been resolved within 24-48hrs maximum. They are not high-level managed hosting server accounts, so you do get what you pay for, but at the cost I have nothing to complain about to date.
Negatives: You often deal with different service engineers through an issue, so it can lose the personal touch, but as I mentioned at the price you cannot complain.
