Great customer service. Adam took the time and helped me with all my questions. He even followed up with me on his day off. Quick and easy instructions to get my website up and going. Had a small hiccup and used the chat line and got immediate help and they resolved the issue with in 5 minutes. Price was fair and better than most hosting companies. Personal customer service and great value makes Hub a great choice for web hosting.

I was being served by a man who it seemed was in-training, he was well mannered but almost as lost as I was. The salesman said I would not be charged for an in house transfer form my husbands account to mine. Then once I had committed to two years and given my cc details I'm later told it will cost me $100. Not filling me with trust here! Id rather not be a customers that's being practiced on. Not professionsal-it has cost me precious time thus money - as I am launching an advertizing campainge and need the new email and new domain to be up. Use fully trained staff - arrh The second man I spoke with in tech. KNEW what he was doing - but still having to go through it again.

Called phone support. Wait time was short, rep was well-trained, polite, and resolved my issue quickly. I chose this hosting company based on their online reputation. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

I received tech support via live chat. My technician was very knowledgable and patient. I wasn't able to delete the "Under Construction" message that popped up when I logged into my new blog. I am very new to this type of undertaking and even though I read all the support on this topic, nothing worked. My technitian figured it out and helped me fix it. The only slight drawback was the response time was a bit slow, but I think he was trying to figure out what I meant and how to solve it. I am happy with the result and the ease of accessing support.

I mamge two websites and WebHostingHub is easy to work with and any time I have needed help they have been very responsive with little wait time and quickly solved any issue (which have been very few).

I am not a techy person, so in setting up my blog I had to call three times in a row one night. Each person I spoke with was very helpful and patient with me while we resolved my problem. They let me know that if I needed any other help I could call 24/7.I think they have a wonderful support system that I will definitely be using again soon.

I've used several Internet hosts in the past. Web Hosting Companies has far and away been the best experience that I've ever had getting started. Sales support was friendly and helpful in answering some very pointed questions, provided me a discount (an unexpected treat), and the setup process was very simple and easy to understand. I was rolling with a new website, including a domain transfer, within one day of starting the process. Here's hoping that the rest of our relationship goes as well!

Each time I've contacted Web Host Hub customer service they've been wonderful to me. Everyone seems genuinely interested in helping you out. I canceled my account because I was having money issues and I wasn't using the blog as much as I wished. But if I ever wanted another domain, I would definitely come back to Web Host Hub because I know that the customer service is there to help me succeed in whatever I'd like. But once I expressed my concerns with money to the customer service rep, it was a quick process. I received an email within the hour letting me know my refund was processing.

I am glad to say that at my current level of involvement with your company, it was good to notice the type of encouragement displayed via email support,showing back up to instil confidence. I must admit that things got a bit confusing for me, so much that i found myself wanting to "press" my panic button and cancel the transaction. Looking forward to complete registration soon and get to work of course.

it was badly explained, the money back garauntee is a blatant lie. you are sold a domain, or more than one if you want but if you then decide to opt out you are then told that the domain(s) are non refundable, very sneaky. it is a rotten way of duping people who are just trying to improve their financial situation.

Just started using this company, and it has been great. We are a small English school Based in Thailand, so the time different was always tricky with good customer support. But every time I have called, they have answerer almost immediately. That is amazing as it is usually 11pm-3am when we call. Our old provider, based in Bangkok, was jerking us around, wouldn't release our domain name and just being really difficult. The tech at Web Hub told me the best actin to take and it has really helped. Thanks. This is just our first couple of weeks with you, but I hope the service stays like this. GREAT JOB!!

My web site was somehow damaged either by external forces or in process of WebHostingHub maintenance. It took two hours of my time and two calls to resolve the issue. This could be somewhat acceptable. What is not acceptable is forcing me doing the job tech support should do. Luckily I am highly skilled engineer and was able to find the problem even in the area I have generic knowledge only. When I pointed technical support to the problem, the issue with my site was fixed. I am wondering how long it would take to fix the issue if I did not do part of their job. Here are some details: I host small business WorldPress site here. Of course, I use WP plug-ins. Few days ago one of my clients notified me that my site is down. I went to site control panel and found that root site home page was missing and WP site (one level down in hierarchy) doesn't respond. I requested a chat with WebHostingHub technical support. My request went through in couple of minutes and I described the problem to the agent. he spent nine minutes on researching the issue and told me that problem is caused of one of WP plugins and WP site is back after he renamed that plugin folder. He recommended to call plugin vendor for support. I tried to convince him to look on recent changes in WebHostingHub environment, pointing that issues with plugin doesn't explain missing home page on root site and absence of any recent changes on my site. The agent refused to help me further stating that this is a plugin problem and I should contact plugin vendor. I had no choice by end the chat after spending 37 minutes there. Then I spent 20 minutes investigating issue deeper and found that IonCube Decoder library became unavailable for my WP site. I requested chat with WebHostingHub support again and pointed on that. After this WebHostingHub tech support elevated the issue and was able to fix it. It took about an hour.

Billing team has done a great job understanding my query and provided me with a satisfactory resolution. However I will be a happier customer if the loyalty discount was proposed in renewal reminder.
